Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer role for a great team located in Charleston, SC. This is direct hire opportunity looking to move quickly!

Bachelors Degree required!

Experience with HVAC & Plumbing design is required.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Salary: $100-$125/k flexible depending on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating schematics, layouts, and specifications for various electrical equipment and devices, such as motors, generators, communication systems, and power generation equipment.
  • Assess project needs, evaluate electrical system capacity, analyze costs, and then develop comprehensive system plans.
  • Conduct precise calculations to establish manufacturing, construction, installation, and operational standards and designs for electrical systems or components.
  • Design and execute tests to evaluate the reliability and safety of electrical devices, products, and systems, identifying issues and proposing solutions.
  • Creating reports, specifications, and manuals related to electrical systems and processes.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues that arise during the design, installation, or operation of electrical systems.
  • Work alongside other engineers, technicians, and project managers to achieve project goals.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and technologies: Continuous learning is vital to adapt to evolving technologies and apply new knowledge to projects.
